Dear colleagues,
On behalf of Dr. Anne-Christine Ruwald and the CASA-PCHF study group, we invite you to participate in the CASA-PCHF survey: Physician Practice Patterns in the Management of Cardiac Sarcoidosis.
Survey link: www.redcap.link/casa_pchf

The aim of this global survey is to obtain a comprehensive overview of current clinical practice in the diagnosis and management of cardiac sarcoidosis, and to identify variations across regions and healthcare systems. Your expertise is highly valuable and will directly contribute to shaping future research in this field.
The survey was developed by Dr. Anne-Christine Ruwald, Dr. Johannes Petutschnigg, Dr. Genaro Mendoza, Dr. Adolfo Chávez Mendoza, Dr. Andreas Flammer, Prof. Theresa McDonagh, and Prof. Frank Ruschitzka. The results will support the design of an upcoming international clinical trial in cardiac sarcoidosis.
The survey is comprehensive and will require approximately 20–25 minutes to complete.
At the end of the survey, you will have the option to provide your contact details and indicate interest in participating as an enrolling center in a future clinical trial (entirely voluntary).
Given the specialized nature of this condition, we would greatly appreciate your support in sharing this survey with colleagues who have a specific interest or expertise in cardiac sarcoidosis and/or cardiomyopathies, to ensure broad and representative input.
Should you have any questions, please feel free to contact Dr. Anne-Christine Ruwald directly at anne.christine.huth.ruwald@regionh.dk.
Thank you for your time and for supporting this collaborative effort.
Kind regards,
Anne-Christine Ruwald
